Forum on Employee-Centric Management: A Path to Sustainable Success Amid Market Fluctuations
The Kanto Branch of the Academy for Employee-Centric Management is set to host its 9th Public Forum on July 24, 2026, at the Japan Education Center in Chiyoda, Tokyo. This event will feature a diverse lineup of speakers, including business owners of companies awarded the "Most Important Company in Japan" prize and entrepreneurs tackling social issues with medical expertise, who will share their real-world practices and case studies.
Background of the Forum
As society continues to grapple with challenges like an aging population, labor shortages, and diverse work styles, the environment around businesses has been evolving for quite some time. Nevertheless, few examples exist of companies that have successfully navigated through these external pressures. It has become increasingly clear that firms excelling in growth, without solely chasing short-term profits, prioritize the well-being of all stakeholders including employees, clients, business partners, and the local community.
In today’s society, where attention is turning to human resource management and the meaning of life itself, "employee-centric management" is emerging as a key principle underpinning sustainable corporate growth. The purpose of the forum is to promote this management philosophy and to share various corporate success stories, thereby supporting the prosperity and development of participating companies.
