AutoShop Answers Unveils 'AutoShop Ministries' Integrating Leadership and Faith

AutoShop Answers Launches 'AutoShop Ministries'

AutoShop Answers, a recognized frontrunner in training and operational platforms within the automotive sector, has announced an exciting new initiative: 'AutoShop Ministries'. This program is set to integrate key elements of faith, purpose, and leadership into the everyday operations of automotive service centers across the nation. DeVante Tidwell, a notable Pastor at Lakewood Church, will serve as a recurring speaker and spiritual leader within this initiative.

A New Kind of Service

Beginning in June 2026, 'AutoShop Ministries' will kick off with a monthly, non-denominational service lasting 30 minutes. This service will coincide with the well-known 'Key to Key to Callbacks' training program held in Houston, Texas. Specifically, it will take place each month from 6:30 AM to 7:00 AM, with breakfast provided, right before the training session starts at 7:30 AM. Importantly, this service will not only be limited to the Houston area; it will be simulcast to other training sites, including the Courtside program in The Woodlands, thereby extending its reach across the AutoShop Answers national network.

“Our industry contains a multitude of impressive operators, many of whom are former technicians carrying the immense pressure of their businesses, teams, and families. This initiative aims to offer them a deeper perspective, a stronger sense of purpose, and ultimately, hope,” stated Todd Hayes, CEO of the Houston Boston Partnership and founder of AutoShop Answers.

Addressing Real-World Challenges

'AutoShop Ministries' is specially crafted for individuals facing real-world challenges in the automotive sector:
  • - Shop Owners: who must navigate financial and operational pressures.
  • - Managers and Advisors: who lead teams under daily stress and demands.
  • - High-Performing Operators: who seek a deeper sense of purpose and stewardship in their roles.

The core messages delivered by DeVante Tidwell will center around faith and business leadership, emphasizing the leader’s responsibility to serve not only their employees but also their families and communities. Further, the initiative will encourage individuals to recognize their unique gifts rather than suppress them, offering hope for both those who are struggling and those who are succeeding.

Inspiration from Elite Events

The concept for 'AutoShop Ministries' draws inspiration from successful race day ministry models seen in organizations such as NASCAR, where services aimed at faith are provided to teams in high-stress environments. “This is no different than what you see in elite-level sports. Performers under high pressure need grounding, clarity, and a larger sense of purpose beyond just the competitive outcome,” added Hayes.

Expanding Opportunities

Beyond just the service, participants will also gain access to reserved seating at Lakewood Church and opportunities to hear well-known figures like Joel Osteen live. The messages delivered during these services are planned to be repurposed into podcasts for national distribution, allowing the spirit of the initiative to reach beyond traditional boundaries as it scales alongside AutoShop Answers’ expanding training initiatives.

A Commitment to Growth

AutoShop Ministries signifies AutoShop Answers' ongoing commitment to not only cultivating better operators but also nurturing better leaders.
