During the conference, Blokees showcased new items inspired by popular franchises, including Ultraman, Kamen Rider, Transformers, and Hatsune Miku. This diverse product structure allows Blokees to explore key toy themes, enhancing character-based and vehicle-themed toys while simultaneously improving user experience through continuous feedback and product iteration.

Their product strategy balances 80% core categories with 20% innovations, ensuring sustained depth in their offerings while venturing into novel concepts.
