This acquisition, effective January 28, 2026, positions KONOIKE to enhance its service offerings and address the growing demands within the Indian infrastructure sector.

KONOIKE, through its group company Konoike India Private Limited, has established a robust portfolio of engineering services in Japan, including design, manufacturing, transportation, construction, and maintenance solutions. The company leverages the expertise of skilled engineers and advanced technical services, such as non-destructive testing and electrical instrumentation. This extensive experience allows KONOIKE to meet a diverse range of customer needs across various industries.

In India, Konoike India Private Limited supports Japanese manufacturers by providing essential services like piping installation, equipment setup, and safety and quality management. This groundwork allows KONOIKE to tap into the growing urban gas market significantly. One of the company’s key partnerships is with Osaka Gas Co. Ltd., leading efforts in urban gas projects to aid the Indian government's shift from fossil fuels to natural gas, in an attempt to tackle severe air pollution issues.
