- Focus: Participants will learn about three core methods of UX research: Contextual Inquiry, Surveys, and A/B Testing. These methods will provide insights into our users' experiences and help to identify their needs effectively. Contextual Inquiry involves observing users in their natural environment, surveys gather valuable qualitative and quantitative data from a larger audience, and A/B testing is a methodical approach to assessing which version of a product performs better.

  • - Vol.4: Analyzing and Communicating UX Research for Effective Results
- Date: June 12, 2026, 19:00 - 20:00 (JST)
- Importance: To ensure that UX research results lead to meaningful product improvements or business strategies, quality analysis and effective communication are fundamental. This session will explore practical techniques for deriving insights from data and harmonizing research findings with organizational goals, alongside strategies for fostering a culture of research within teams.

  • - Vol.5: Establishing an Effective Research Framework
- Date: June 19, 2026, 19:00 - 20:00 (JST)
- Objective: The closing session will address a critical challenge facing UX researchers today—the need to go beyond isolated studies and develop sustainable, systematic research frameworks that yield ongoing business value. Attendees will learn about six essential areas of focus for strengthening their research processes, as well as strategies to embed a research culture within their organizations for long-lasting results.
