Winline Technology Launches High-Voltage DC Module UXC150030 at Power2Drive Europe 2025

Winline Technology Unveils Game-Changing 1500V High-Voltage DC Module at Power2Drive Europe 2025

On May 7, 2025, Winline Technology marked a significant milestone by introducing its new high-voltage DC module, the UXC150030, at the Power2Drive Europe event held in Munich, Germany. This isolated unidirectional DC/DC module operates at a remarkable 1500V, reinforcing the company's steadfast commitment to pioneering innovations in green energy solutions on a global scale.

During the launch, Dr. Tong Cheng, the International Marketing Vice President of Winline Technology, elaborated on the advanced features and applications of the UXC150030. Specifically designed for ultra-high voltage scenarios including photovoltaic generation, energy storage systems, high-performance mining trucks, and rail transportation, the module offers a dual terminal voltage range of 200-1500 Vdc, achieving a maximum conversion efficiency of 98.5%. The UXC150030 leverages third-generation semiconductor technology and a patented topology, which together minimize energy loss while ensuring stable operation across extreme temperatures from -40 °C to +75 °C. This makes it particularly reliable in harsh environmental and industrial conditions.

Dr. Cheng emphasized, “The UXC150030 not only represents a technological breakthrough but also a precise response to market demands for high-voltage DC solutions. It will provide standardized and highly compatible support for Europe’s energy transition.”

In addition to the UXC150030, Winline Technology showcased an array of other innovative products within their portfolio. The bidirectional DC/DC module UXC95050B, boasting a maximum efficiency of 98.8% and a voltage range of 200-950 Vdc, plays a crucial role in integrated energy storage and solar charging systems, as well as in energy management for data centers. Additionally, the high-power isolated module UXC100040, with an output range of 50-1000 Vdc, is tailored to meet the demands of rapid multi-vehicle charging and repurposing used batteries. The liquid-cooled LCR100040A module, which combines IP50 protection with silent cooling technology, is ideal for corrosive and noise-sensitive environments. Meanwhile, the bidirectional AC/DC module UXG1K022 accommodates a wide voltage range of 150-1000 Vdc and 260-530 Vac, delivering solutions for Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) networks and smart energy systems.

As Europe faces various energy challenges, such as grid instability and the integration of renewable sources, Winline Technology is keenly aware of the need for adaptable energy solutions. The company is committed to developing modular and flexible hybrid AC/DC grid solutions, which are vital for promoting the adoption of DC microgrids, optimizing efficiency, and reducing overall system costs.

Looking ahead, Winline Technology aims to strengthen collaborations with European energy companies to jointly contribute to the accelerated establishment of a stable and cost-effective green energy ecosystem throughout the region. This commitment aligns seamlessly with Europe’s broader sustainability goals, underpinning the transition towards cleaner, renewable energy sources.
