Transforming Training Impact with OJT Digital Strategies
The eLearning Award 2025 recently honored us with the prestigious
OJT Utilization Special Category Award. This award recognizes our groundbreaking approach to training that interlinks e-learning, virtual reality, and OJT record-keeping tools, developed in partnership with Matsuyafoods Co., Ltd.
Our focus theme —
“Innovative Educational Methods Addressing Human Resource Development and Training Challenges,” sets the stage for an exciting free seminar titled "Maximizing Training Effectiveness Through Innovative OJT Digital Transformation." Participants can attend on either
October 28, 2025 or
November 21, 2025, hosted at Digital Knowledge's Akihabara headquarters and streamed online.
In recent years, e-learning has evolved. Originally seen merely as a tool for knowledge acquisition, modern needs require it to also address skill development. Our advanced e-learning tools not only facilitate the gathering of theoretical knowledge but also arms training programs with practical skills through comprehensive management across multiple training types including OJT. This comprehensive approach has shown successful outcomes in actual workplace scenarios, guiding participants from knowledge acquisition to skill mastery applicable in real-world tasks, thus creating a tangible impact on operational efficiency.
During this seminar, we will showcase successful case studies demonstrating how entities like Toyota and Matsuyafoods have realized effective training through innovative strategies. Attendees will also gain insights on the latest technologies such as virtual reality and AI that enhance the digital transformation of training.
We encourage participants to contribute topics for collaborative research that can lead to fruitful training advancements, with topics selected on a first-come, first-served basis. Furthermore, there will be a consultation session post-seminar at the venue for those interested in exploring collaborative research opportunities.
