Cyient's New Customer Experience Center in Lisbon
Cyient Limited, a global leader in intelligent engineering solutions, has officially opened its new Customer Experience Center (CEC) in Lisbon, Portugal. This strategic move is aimed at reinforcing Cyient’s dedication to fostering innovation and collaboration in the realm of network modernization. The prestigious inaugural event was graced by Shri Puneet R. Kundal, the Honourable Ambassador of India to Portugal, alongside Sukamal Banerjee, Executive Director and CEO of Cyient.
Cyient's Lisbon CEC is designed to serve as an innovation hub, allowing customers and partners to directly engage with Cyient's advanced solutions. Visitors can also prototype new applications that streamline and expedite their network modernization processes in our increasingly connected world. With this launch, Cyient emphasizes not just the importance of technological advancements but also the benefits of co-creation within the global connectivity ecosystem.
The importance of this new center is echoed by Ambassador Kundal, who highlighted the enhancing partnership between India and Portugal in sectors such as technology and digital infrastructure. He noted that Cyient is instrumental in presenting advanced capabilities, such as 5G technology, AI-driven network operations, and fiber advancements, to European markets. This initiative, according to him, will play a significant role in fostering collaboration between Indian and European stakeholders, ultimately driving new job opportunities and inclusive growth.
At the Lisbon CEC, customers can delve into several cutting-edge solutions that exemplify Cyient's innovative approach to connectivity. There is a Pre-Integration Lab, which focuses on multi-vendor O-RAN integration, making strides in areas like energy conservation, network slicing, and site surveillance. This lab is expected to lay a solid foundation for enterprise-level 5G deployment and beyond. Additionally, the center features a Network Operations Center (NOC) that utilizes AI to enhance network workflows, emphasizing predictive maintenance and advanced analytics. The Fiber Evolution Showcase, another highlight of the center, demonstrates automated migration of network data throughout the fiber lifecycle, crucial for network operators looking to optimize monetization strategies.
Cyient aims for the Lisbon CEC to be a launchpad for next-generation network modernization. Here, domain expertise converges with AI-driven engineering, empowering operators to intelligently streamline workflows and accelerate the deployment of future-ready networks. Arunav Roy, the Senior Vice President and Global Business Unit Head for Connectivity at Cyient, stated, "By uniting Network Engineering, Autonomous Networks, and Cognitive NOC in one location, we are crafting opportunities for our customers and partners to collaboratively prototype at speed, yielding impactful results across the connectivity spectrum."
This latest addition to Cyient's network of experience centers complements the existing CyientifIQ Experience Center in Hyderabad, India. Together, these facilities illustrate Cyient's commitment to fostering cross-domain collaboration and nurturing customer-centric innovation, aligned with the company’s vision of Designing Tomorrow Together.
