Online Seminar on Teacher Recruitment Examination

TAC is excited to announce an upcoming online seminar titled “The Candid Perspectives of Examination Commissioners” to be held on December 13th, 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM. This seminar is designed specifically for those aspiring to become teachers and will focus on the critical aspects of the recruitment process.

In a climate where teacher recruitment examinations are increasingly emphasizing candidate character and interpersonal skills, the results of written and interview assessments often determine success or failure. However, this journey can be challenging, with many individuals facing difficulties that lead them to retake the exams multiple times. Our seminar aims to address these challenges by providing genuine insights from examiners' perspectives.

Participants will benefit from the expertise of Toshiaki Takahashi, a seasoned educator with extensive experience in teacher recruitment and training, having held significant administrative roles within the Tokyo Metropolitan Board of Education. Mr. Takahashi has not only been involved in the hiring process but has also served as an examiner for interviews and written assessments, offering rich insights into what evaluators are really looking for.
