Exciting Expansion of Ramen Station in Tokyo
Ramen Station, a popular ramen spot that showcases some of Japan's best noodle dishes, is primed to expand its presence in the Tokyo area through an exciting collaboration with Hamakura Teitakushoten (浜倉的商店製作所). The collaboration with IOBI, based in Osaka, will see several new ramen shops open in key locations, including Shinjuku and Shibuya, starting December 2025.
Collaboration Highlights
Hamakura Teitakushoten, led by President Yoshinobu Hamakura, has taken charge of producing and managing the renowned dining spots in Ebisu and Shibuya. The collaboration will begin with the opening of three Ramen Station outlets from December 9 to 11, 2025, with an additional three stores launching consecutively from December 25 to 27, 2025. The establishments will be strategically situated to captivate ramen enthusiasts and casual diners alike.
