Howard Levkowitz, a seasoned veteran in the specialty finance industry, is set to lend his invaluable expertise to the company. In recent discussions with Gracie Point's founder and CEO, Harish Raghavan, the firm formulated strategies that have positioned the company at a critical juncture for advancement. Raghavan expressed enthusiasm regarding Levkowitz's arrival, emphasizing the importance of his experience in scaling successful global finance organizations.

Alongside his position at Gracie Point, Levkowitz is also the founder of Signal Hill Holdings, LLC, which focuses on providing growth capital to both private and public entities. Additionally, he serves as the Managing Partner of Penn Properties LLC, a real estate investment firm known for acquiring properties and delivering flexible capital solutions.
Levkowitz’s previous accomplishments include co-founding Tennenbaum Capital Partners (TCP), where he was integral in its development, serving as a Managing Partner and detailing its Management Committee for many years. Under his leadership, TCP Capital Corp became a publicly traded entity, and after its acquisition by BlackRock in 2018, Levkowitz took on the role of Chairman of BlackRock U.S. Private Capital. His diverse background also includes legal experience specializing in real estate and insolvency at Dewey Ballantine LLP.
Furthermore, Levkowitz has been actively involved on various boards for both public and private firms and contributes to several advisory boards in private investment. He currently chairs an investment committee for a charitable retirement plan and serves as Vice Chair of a nonprofit endowment.
In terms of academic credentials, Levkowitz holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts from the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California.
