Star Mica Inc., a prominent player in the renovation mansion market, has unveiled an exciting new collaboration with Panasonic, offering a showcase of innovation in urban living. Located in the East Nari district of Osaka, the newly renovated unit at the Sunveil Morinomiya condominium is designed for modern couples in their 30s who desire both style and practicality in their homes. This project, which will be presented as a model room starting March 25, 2026, and will go on sale on March 28, features the Panasonic Life Style Fit concept aimed at creating tailored living experiences.

The Inspiration Behind the Project

For over a century, Panasonic has been striving to redefine living spaces. Their Life Style Fit initiative encourages residents to consider their lifestyle preferences in choosing their homes. By combining the questions of “What lifestyle do I want?” and “What colors and materials do I prefer?” the project emphasizes the importance of individual specifications, aiming to create a space that feels uniquely personalized. The target demographic for this renovation was specified with a clear persona: a household income of around 12 million yen and both partners working in IT and advertising respectively.

Two themes were particularly selected from a range of options, emphasizing a “Fun Lifestyle” paired with a “Chic Interior Style.” This blend reflects a modern yet comfortable living atmosphere ideal for entertaining friends and managing work-from-home assignments.
