Celebrating Early Education with Pathways LA's Seeds of Hope Fundraiser
On April 19, 2025, the renowned Grammy Museum in downtown Los Angeles will transform into a vibrant hub for a noble cause: the Seeds of Hope Building Brighter Futures Fundraiser. Organized by Pathways LA, this year’s event promises an evening filled with inspiration, elegance, and a collective commitment to enhancing early education.
Honoring Distinguished Leaders
The event will highlight the invaluable contributions of Denyne Micheletti, Executive Director of Thriving Families, and the Blue Shield CA Promise Health Plan. Both will receive the prestigious Bea Gold Award for their unwavering dedication to uplifting families and communities through education and access to vital resources.
A Night to Remember
Under the expert guidance of KTLA's Wendy Burch, who will serve as the event's host, guests can anticipate a gourmet dinner curated by world-renowned chef Wolfgang Puck. The evening will offer breathtaking rooftop views, live music, and interactive experiences showcasing the profound impacts of early childhood education. Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a live auction and enjoy guided tours of the Grammy Museum's iconic exhibits, bridging the worlds of music, culture, and education.
Significant Achievements to Celebrate
In addition to the festivities, Pathways LA will take this opportunity to share the remarkable milestones reached over the past year, including:
- - Serving over 75,000 families and child care providers with essential resources and referrals.
- - Assisting 3,091 families to access child care subsidies.
- - Supporting the development of 5,622 children through early education services.
- - Hosting 54 family engagement events, positively impacting hundreds of families.
- - Providing 377.3 hours of coaching to over 1,805 child care providers to foster their professional growth.
Supporting Wildfire-Affected Families
This year, a portion of the event’s proceeds will directly assist families and childcare providers significantly impacted by the recent California wildfires. Resources will be allocated to help them recover, rebuild, and continue to offer essential care to young children.
