What is Ecbo Cloak?

'Ecbo Cloak' is an innovative service allowing customers to securely store their luggage via a simple mobile reservation system. It has been adopted in various establishments, including cafes, commercial facilities, train stations, and post offices, achieving a remarkable reach of over 1,000 locations across Japan. Since August 2023, Ecbo has also expanded its services internationally, making its debut in Taiwan.

With the convenience of the app and website, users can easily locate participating stores and complete a smooth booking and payment process, enabling them to swiftly deposit their belongings. Besides standard carry-on items, the service also accommodates larger luggage that won't fit in typical coin lockers, such as strollers, musical instruments, sports gear, and foldable bicycles.
