About Chef Ratheesh Nair
Hailing from India, Chef Ratheesh Nair began his career at the
Trident Hotel Cochin under the Oberoi Group. His talent shone through several competitive accolades, including gold medals at the
India Bakery and Pastry Challenge and the
Great India Culinary Challenge. Over the years, he has honed his craft through renowned chocolateries and luxury cruises, eventually becoming the Assistant Pastry Chef at
Conrad Centennial Singapore in 2018. After a successful tenure at
Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty, he took the helm at Hilton Tokyo as the Executive Pastry Chef in March 2025. Nair is responsible for all desserts across six dining establishments, as well as for wedding and banquet occasions.
