Aiming to empower nominees, this seminar restricted to nominated candidates will offer them the chance to gain insights from a seasoned professional. Attendees can expect discussions on the nuances of effective integration processes that have fueled the success of various business ventures post-M&A. Speaker Profile


Shinji Sato graduated from Chuo University with a degree in Law in 2006. He commenced his career at a consulting firm focusing on human resources before becoming co-founder and COO of I&C Cruise in 2008, overseeing overall business operations and growth. After merging with Zigen in 2020, he continued his journey at Zigen, becoming an Executive Officer in 2021 and a Director in 2023. At present, he holds multiple leadership positions across several domestic and international group companies.

Eligibility


Nominees who self-recommend or are recommended to the Japan CxO Award can participate, provided they gather at least five votes from peers. Note that voters are not eligible to partake in the seminar.

Registration Process


1. Submit your application via the Japan CxO Award voting site.
2. Once your application is complete and visible on the nominee list, gather at least five votes from colleagues, friends, or acquaintances.
3. Upon receiving five votes and becoming a nominee, the Japan CxO Award office will send a registration form for the special seminar.

Please note that due to limited spots, we may not accommodate all preferences.
