Celebrate the Season with Atomico English School
As the festive season approaches,
Atomico, the English school designed for children, is set to host a delightful Christmas event that promises both fun and educational experiences. Founded by
Spatore Co., Ltd., this innovative school aims not only to teach English but also to instill a passion for learning through engaging programs.
Background
The essence of learning English at Atomico goes beyond just acquiring the ability to speak the language. It’s about using English as a tool for new adventures and enhancing communication with people across the globe. The focus is on helping children express themselves in English while fostering intrinsic motivation to learn. To achieve this, various programs like the Christmas event are designed to expose children to culture, thereby nurturing their future aspirations.
Event Overview
EVENT 1: Sing “Silent Night” on December 18
This event will take place at the
Ignatio Church, adjacent to
Sophia University. Participants will get the chance to learn about the history of Christmas from the priest while enjoying the breathtaking stained glass and immersive environment of the church. Children will sing the beloved carol “Silent Night” in English, joining the university choir and even performing with a talented organist.
EVENT 2: Create a Christmas Cake on December 23
Get ready to roll up your sleeves and bake a Christmas cake in English! This year’s cake design will be a charming
cookie house cake. Each child will be involved in making their own cake from scratch, learning how to order ingredients in English along the way. They will use store-bought sponge cake as the base and decorate with biscuits, wafers, chocolate, and colorful toppings, all designed to mimic their very own cookie house.
