Hyro Expands Leadership to Drive Revenue Growth in Healthcare
Hyro, recognized as a leading
Agentic Care Communications platform, has recently announced an important addition to its leadership team with the appointments of Brant Castellow as Chief Revenue Officer and Yehuda Berkowitz as Vice President of Sales Development. This strategic move comes at a time when the demand for agentic artificial intelligence (AI) within the healthcare industry is rapidly escalating, particularly as health systems transition from trialing solutions to deploying them for complex operational tasks.
With over 25 years of experience in healthcare technology sales, Castellow is bringing extensive expertise to his new role. Previously serving as Executive Vice President at Reveleer, he played a pivotal role in increasing the company's annual recurring revenue by six times over five years. His impressive track record includes scaling organizations within major firms like Cerner, TractManager/symplr, PatientSafe Solutions, and Anodyne Health.
Castellow expressed his enthusiasm for joining Hyro, stating, "I've spent my career helping providers and health plans adopt technology that changes how care is delivered. What drew me to Hyro is the team's creation of AI agents specifically designed for healthcare, capable of resolving various requests within existing systems instead of merely routing them. As we expand, I aim for our go-to-market efforts to reflect the same quality of experience that our AI agents deliver to customers."
In alignment with his goal, Castellow will focus on deepening relationships with current health systems and expanding Hyro’s influence by targeting new specialties and service lines. Additionally, he aims to broaden the company's reach into mid-market health systems, ensuring that their AI-powered solutions are accessible to a wider audience.
Berkowitz, who joins from DealHub, brings his success in pipeline generation to Hyro. At DealHub, he was instrumental in doubling the output of the pipeline within six months by establishing a robust operating framework. Prior roles include creating sales development functions at AppsFlyer and WalkMe, further bolstering his ability to scale operations effectively. Berkowitz noted, "Health systems are facing significant pressure, and there's a growing demand for what Hyro offers. My role is to transform that demand into a reliable growth pipeline—consistent, rather than merely fortuitous. Repeatable success is achieved when marketing, sales development, and customer success follow a unified strategy, and I’m excited to be part of shaping that within Hyro."
In his new position, Berkowitz will oversee the creation of Hyro’s sales development organization and work to align the go-to-market team under a cohesive strategy, ensuring everyone is focused on shared goals. This appointment follows the recent addition of Dr. Sindhu Pandit as VP of Clinical Product Strategy, indicating Hyro's commitment to expanding its leadership and enhancing its clinical and market strategies.
Israel Krush, the CEO and Co-Founder of Hyro, emphasized the critical moment the company is in by stating, "Health systems have shifted from questioning the role of agentic AI to actively integrating it into their essential interactions. This evolution raises expectations for every partner involved. With Brant and Yehuda, we're introducing leaders who can transform our momentum into sustainable growth infrastructure—creating the essential people, processes, and workflows to scale effectively without compromising trust. I anticipate that they will enrich our team and promote our platform's adoption across more healthcare systems, leading to improved patient care and reduced stress for healthcare staff."
As Hyro continues to navigate through this pivotal phase, it actively encourages professionals interested in joining its dynamic team to explore open roles on its
careers page. Hyro, founded in 2018, positions itself as a solution to healthcare’s evolving needs by safely automating various workflows and conversations across different platforms, ensuring HIPAA compliance and generating valuable insights into patient interactions. Its client base includes over 2,500 healthcare facilities, indicating a significant trust in their AI capabilities and operational efficiencies.
