Sivers Semiconductors Cancels Scheduled Meeting

Notably, as a result of this lack of support, Sivers saw a significant backing from its shareholders in favor of the Nomination Committee's stance on the matter.

With Achilles' withdrawal of their request for the EGM, the Board of Sivers has concluded that there is no longer a reason to hold the meeting. As such, shareholders will not need to take any action regarding the now-canceled meeting.
