The financing for the acquisition came from a syndicate of lenders led by the National Bank of Canada, which also included partnerships with Fusée des Caisses Desjardins du Quebec, Meridian Credit Union, Export Development Bank of Canada, Bank of America, Citibank, and MGG Investment Group. Lincoln International served as the exclusive sell-side advisor for Green Circuits and Evolve Capital throughout this transaction, while Cozen O'Connor LLP acted as legal counsel for Reichmann Segal. Moreover, Segal GCSE was involved as the transaction services advisor for Reichmann Segal. The exact financial terms of the deal remain undisclosed.
