On February 6, 2026, ARI Advanced Technology Co., Ltd., located in Shibuya, Tokyo, organized a comprehensive Career Development Training for students at KADOKAWA Dwango Information College. Seventeen students participated in this workshop at the KADOKAWA Dwango Information College facilities in Osaka. The program included lectures, workshops, and panel discussions, all aimed at inspiring students to know, think about, and take action regarding their future careers.

Training Program Details

1. Understanding the Meaning of Being a Working Professional

2. Comprehending the Essence of Job Hunting
Insights into the differences between hiring cultures in Japan and overseas were shared. Participants were also educated on why some struggle with articulating their motivations for applying and the significance of early self-understanding.
