Celebrating a Decade of Enchantment: RISE Festival 2025
The RISE Festival returned for its monumental 10th Anniversary, transforming the Mojave Desert into a breathtaking spectacle over the first weekend of October. Artists, musicians, and an enthusiastic crowd gathered to celebrate light, connection, and the unique experience that only the RISE Festival can offer.
A Festival Like No Other
The festival unfolded over three magical nights on October 3rd, 4th, and 5th, with guests describing it as "the most unforgettable experience of my life" and "the most magical thing I have ever seen." With each night sold out, the collective excitement was palpable as attendees from all walks of life gathered to create something truly special.
RISE Festival is renowned for its enchanting atmosphere, a fusion of art, music, and community. The event featured three essential components:
The Path, a mesmerizing gallery of large-scale art installations including works by HYBYCOZO and Lyman Whitaker;
The Compass, the heart of the festival celebrated by the world's largest sky lantern ceremony; and
The Horizon, where festival-goers enjoyed performances from world-class artists in front of stunning visual displays crafted by the visionary digital artist David Ariew.
One attendee perfectly encapsulated RISE's essence, saying, "It's a beautiful celebration of hope, new beginnings, and letting go. As thousands of lanterns rise into the night sky, each one carries personal intentions, dreams, and reflections, creating a powerful collective moment of unity and peace."
