In a significant move to unify and advance its operations, EGN, a subsidiary of Vistage, has chosen Rikke Lolk Fjeldsted as its new CEO, effective September 15, 2025. This appointment was announced by Vistage, recognized as the world's largest coaching and advisory organization tailored for small and midsize businesses. Fjeldsted's leadership is set to align EGN more closely with Vistage, capitalizing on their shared mission to empower leaders through peer advisory groups.

Rob Ristagno, President of International Operations at Vistage Worldwide, expressed confidence in Fjeldsted’s capability, emphasizing that her vision aligns perfectly with Vistage’s goal of harnessing the diverse perspectives of peer groups. “Her leadership will accelerate the integration of EGN and Vistage, ensuring that together we deliver a seamless peer advisory experience,” stated Ristagno. Fjeldsted is no stranger to executive roles, possessing rich experience in sales leadership, growth strategy, and organizational transformation. Before her new role, she worked as the Executive Commercial Director for Hotels at Bellagroup, overseeing operations for major hotels in Copenhagen. Her previous experience also includes senior positions at Presidents Institute and Bolia.com, where she crafted targeted strategies for sales success.

Holding a Master’s degree in Business Studies from Roskilde University and having completed executive leadership training at Columbia Business School, Fjeldsted is well-prepared to lead EGN into a new era. She also serves on various boards, including Board Company and DenkProducties, and has previously participated in the governance of the MPI Scandinavia Chapter and Wonderful Copenhagen.

Upon her appointment, Fjeldsted expressed her enthusiasm: “I am inspired by EGN and Vistage’s shared purpose of helping high-integrity leaders make great decisions that benefit their companies, families, and communities. Joining EGN as CEO at this pivotal moment is an honor.”

Fjeldsted aims to bring EGN and Vistage closer together, creating a consolidated peer advisory network for CEOs and their executives. She emphasized the importance of expanding access to confidential groups and expert coaching, thus nurturing an environment where leaders can pursue growth and achieve lasting success. “We both believe deeply that expert-led peer groups are the most powerful model for how leaders learn,” she affirmed.

Since its inception in 1992, EGN, or Executive Global Network, has catered to nearly 13,000 members across 13 countries. With almost 900 peer groups within various functional areas, EGN thrives on fostering an environment where professional growth and shared experiences lead to daily improvements. This mission aligns seamlessly with Vistage’s goal of supporting leaders in overcoming significant challenges through peer consultation and executive coaching.

As Rikke Lolk Fjeldsted embarks on this journey, the future for EGN seems promising, with plans to broaden its reach and influence in the leadership coaching arena. The emphasis on creating a unified effort between EGN and Vistage presents a strategic opportunity for both organizations to enhance their impact in the business community and beyond.
