SOLIZE Ureka Technology's New Headquarters Opening
SOLIZE Ureka Technology, led by President Hiroaki Tsutsumi, has officially relocated its headquarters to the Tekko Building adjacent to Tokyo Station as of January 19, 2026. This move represents a strategic step in the company’s expansion efforts and commitment to strengthening its value creation framework.
Concept Behind the New Headquarters
The name "Ureka" embodies the idea of transforming a moment of inspiration into reality. This new office aims to accelerate the company’s mission of value creation, inspired by those flashes of brilliance. By merging technology with creativity, SOLIZE strives to operate as a collective of solution architects, promoting innovation directly from Tokyo. The new headquarters will also serve as a collaborative space, where the company will actively share its technologies and methodologies while engaging in constructive dialogues with clients and partners to co-create new value. This approach emphasizes the importance of genuine interactions, as the company works towards its mission of enriching the world with creativity.
Welcoming Robot
Visitors to the new office are greeted by a state-of-the-art hospitality robot, designed to enhance the guest experience. Equipped with an elevator function inspired by Archimedes’ invention of the compound pulley, this robot incorporates advanced edge AI technology. It can recognize visitors using its camera for seamless interactions.
Developed by a group of young employees through an internal recruitment initiative, the robot features software designed for image recognition and pathfinding. The development process involved SOLIZE's strengths in digital twin simulation, system engineering for architecture design, and agile development using generative AI for coding. The robot's exterior integrates SOLIZE group technologies, designed for optimal shape based on structural analysis and constructed using 3D printing technology owned by SOLIZE PARTNERS.
As it operates in the office, the robot will learn and engage in interactive conversations to enhance human connections by adapting its behavior based on emotional recognition and feedback, paving the way for a unique hospitality approach.
Autonomous Driving Simulation Demonstrations
In addition to the office facilities, the new headquarters includes a dedicated exhibition room where visitors can experience autonomous driving simulations developed in collaboration with VI-grade, featuring a racetrack scenario. SOLIZE is committed to pioneering innovations in autonomous driving technology, with the new office at its core serving as a launchpad to share its advancements with both Japan and the global market.
