Hybrid Training Explained
This summer, elevate your fitness game with our exciting
HYBRID TRAINING program! This innovative fitness regime blends running with eight functional training activities, all set in the fresh air of the great outdoors. Say goodbye to the usual studio environment and embrace a new way of exercising that promises an exhilarating experience.
Whether you're looking to improve your running performance, prepare for a competition, or simply enjoy working out with friends, our program caters to everyone—from beginners to seasoned athletes. All sessions will be led by
HYROX-certified coaches, ensuring that each participant receives personalized training that matches their skill level and pace.
Coaching Team
Our esteemed coaches include:
- - Sei Ishikawa: A seasoned sports trainer with extensive experience in marathons and triathlons. He aims to help participants improve their physical condition through the HYROX program, running wellness events, and managing his own business in Tokyo and Ibaraki.
- - Kazunari Yamamoto (Zuna): The founder of the Lifestyle Athlete Club, Yamamoto is dedicated to supporting adult athletes in their pursuits. His experience includes participating in various HYROX competitions where he emphasizes injury-free training.
- - Victor: A hybrid athlete who is a body composition champion and aims to empower others to transform their lives through fitness. His sessions are suitable for all levels and invite participants to experience the thrill of HYROX.
Training Classes
We offer diverse training classes tailored to suit everyone's needs:
- - Open Class: An introductory class where participants get to experience the real competition-like setup with rule explanations and practical sessions. Adjustments for intensity will be available based on personal conditions.
- - Doubles Class: Pairs will work together to enhance communication and strategy through task-specific training, simulating real race scenarios. Participation as a duo is required.
- - Simulation Class: Participants will undergo real-time practice sessions mirroring actual competition dynamics, complete with a wave start to emulate race conditions.
Moreover, participants can look forward to motivational pre-race events, fitness influencers, and special guest coaches throughout the program.
