Nissens Automotive Expands Its Product Offerings

Nissens Automotive has recently announced an impressive growth in its North American portfolio with the launch of 868 new part numbers tailored for the aftermarket. This strategic expansion reflects Nissens' commitment to enhancing vehicle support, particularly focusing on increasing coverage for Asian brands. The addition includes a range of products, from A/C Service Kits to newly introduced A/C Hose Assemblies.

A/C Service Kits

Among the new offerings, 98 A/C System Service Kits stand out, ensuring compatibility with over 58 million vehicles. These kits are designed to save time during service tasks by including all necessary components for a complete A/C system installation. They come equipped with vehicle-specific compressor oil, a measuring cup, and essential parts such as an accumulator or receiver drier, along with an orifice tube or expansion valve, plus various seals and gaskets. This comprehensive set aims to streamline the service process for technicians and improve overall efficiency in maintaining vehicle climates.

Significant Growth in A/C Components

Nissens has expanded its A/C Compressor program significantly, introducing 173 new numbers to cover an additional 46 million vehicles. Furthermore, with 128 added A/C Evaporator Cores, the company now supports a total of over 104 million import vehicles. This robust increase emphasizes Nissens' strategy to cater to the growing demand in the North American aftermarket.

Additionally, the HVAC Blower Motor Assembly program has seen the introduction of 121 new numbers, extending coverage to around 119 million vehicles. New Line of A/C Hose Assemblies

Another notable addition to Nissens' product range is the launch of a new line of A/C System Hose Assemblies. This includes Refrigerant Discharge and Liquid and Suction Hoses, with an initial release of 100 hoses covering 77 million vehicles. Popular import brands such as Honda, Toyota, Lexus, and Infiniti are well represented in this new line, which ensures a broad appeal among technicians and repair shops.

Designed with a double-wall barrier hose construction, these new assemblies are optimized for compatibility with all automotive refrigerants, ensuring leak-free performance. Each hose package includes all necessary O-rings, seals, valve cores, and caps, providing a complete installation kit for automotive technicians.
