Prior to his tenure at Monarca, Robin honed his skills in senior operations roles at Hearthside Food Solutions and Peacock Foods, where he initiated key transformations that prioritized lean operations, safety, and quality. His career has been defined by a commitment to operational excellence underscored by a people-centric leadership approach.
