Senior Vice President and CIO, Michelle Borninkhof, shared her excitement about this achievement, stating, "Completing our cloud migration is a significant milestone, and our partnership with Google has been instrumental to this success. But it's not the finish line."

Borninkhof further highlighted AutoZone's intentions to utilize Google AI Cloud for improving system monitoring and accelerating development processes. This transition signals a shift in the company's approach, moving towards adopting more intelligent technologies like Gemini Enterprise to automate high-volume tasks, ultimately boosting productivity across all levels.

As of early 2026, AutoZone operates 7,774 stores across the Americas, with a presence in the U.S., Mexico, and Brazil. Each store offers a diverse range of products, from automotive parts to accessories, addressing the needs of various vehicle types, making them a go-to destination for consumers.

The company's extensive commercial sales program further supports local and national service providers, enabling rapid delivery of essential products.
