CarLifeJapan is branching into the adventurous world of outdoor festivals by supporting an exciting initiative organized by jazz saxophonist Sanshiro. This event, titled 'Sanshiro to Tanoshimu Hanabi Night Camp 2025 in Shinshu Ueda', is not merely a fun night under the stars but also serves as a marketing research experiment. The primary objective? To assess demand and participant satisfaction for future large-scale night camping events that blend the joy of fireworks displays and the comfort of campervan living.

Scheduled for August 5, 2025, this event is set to be hosted in the scenic Chikuma River Citizen Green Space in Ueda, located in the Nagano Prefecture. The event begins with registration at 3:30 PM and culminates with a spectacular fireworks display featuring approximately 8,000 shots. The assortment of activities includes a BBQ dinner, live music performances by Sanshiro, and breakfast services for camping participants.

A New Era of Tourism

As the preferences of travelers shift toward campervans and car accommodation, CarLifeJapan aims to bolster Ueda’s tourism with this innovative concept. By integrating mobility with leisure activities such as fireworks festivals, they highlight the possibility of alleviating congestion typically associated with outdoor event parking. Unlike unauthorized parking, this initiative ensures permit-approved camping, paving the way for a relaxed experience that encourages extended visits in the area.

- 5:00 PM: Special Night Camp BBQ Dinner
- 6:00 PM: First live performance by Sanshiro
- 7:00 PM: Exclusive viewing of the Shinshu Ueda Grand Fireworks Festival
- 8:30 PM: Second live performance by Sanshiro

On the morning of August 6, participants can enjoy:

Attendees can expect a sumptuous BBQ menu that includes:
