Before joining Calibrant Energy, she was the Senior Vice President of Energy for North America at Vantage Data Centers. In this role, she spearheaded the company's power strategy, engaging with utilities for regulatory approvals and overseeing on-site generation projects. Her efforts directly supported over $40 billion in investments across new data centers, showcasing her capacity to drive substantial energy initiatives.

Judson’s earlier roles include executive positions at National Grid and Ameresco, where she was responsible for distributed energy growth and corporate strategy, respectively.

In the public sector, she played a pivotal role as Commissioner of the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources. During this time, she launched the state's inaugural Clean Peak Standard and oversaw critical offshore wind projects.
