Euphoria Implements ONE TAP SPORTS for Ishikawa Athletes' Support Initiatives

In Ishikawa, the Ishikawa Sports Medical Science Center (ISSC) plays a pivotal role in providing multifaceted support to local athletes and coaches. Their offerings include specialized physical assessments, movement checks, psychological guidance, and nutritional counseling, all designed to enhance athletic performance. For the 2024 fiscal year, 13 sports organizations and 16 sports organizations for fiscal 2025, including para-athletes, will benefit from the rigorous support of the ISSC, helping them perform at their best in events like the National Sports Festival.

Recently, ONE TAP SPORTS has been adopted by the ISSC as a conditioning data management tool tailored for athletes aiming to excel in national competitions. This platform allows athletes to easily record and manage vital data such as daily sleep duration, exercise periods, body weight, and perceived exertion levels (RPE). Coaches can access this information in real-time, enabling them to fine-tune training plans specific to each athlete, support injury prevention efforts, and optimize conditioning for upcoming competitions.

Moreover, ONE TAP SPORTS serves as an educational support tool that promotes athlete literacy. By encouraging young athletes to engage with their own physical data, the platform aims to foster self-management skills based on scientific evidence from an early age, nurturing long-term development and autonomy throughout their athletic careers.

About the Ishikawa Sports Medical Science Center (ISSC)

Founded in July 2023 within the Ishikawa Comprehensive Sports Center located in Kanazawa city, the ISSC is set to officially commence its operations in April 2024. This center provides expert support in physical assessments, mental health, and nutrition to athletes and coaches across Ishikawa, facilitating enhancements in their competitive abilities.

ONE TAP SPORTS consists of modules focusing on conditioning, training, and injury management. This data management system enables trainers, coaches, and supervisors to deliver targeted guidance by analyzing a combination of behavioral data from competitions and training, alongside information regarding meal plans and injury conditions. In an athletic environment where analog methods often dominate data collection and guidance, ONE TAP SPORTS aims to visualize various aspects of an athlete's condition, supporting condition management, peak performance, and injury prevention. Currently, it has been implemented in more than 1,700 teams across 71 sports nationwide, including 26 national representative teams, such as the Japan Rugby Team, by June 2024.
