Comprehensive Funeral Facilities Host Open House and Individual Consultations in Tokyo

In the heart of Tokyo, Koisaido LifeWell Co., Ltd. and Grand Ceremony Tokyo Co., Ltd., two esteemed companies operating under the Koisaido Group, have taken significant steps to enhance the understanding of comprehensive funeral services. They are organizing open house sessions and individual consultations for end-of-life planning at six operational funeral halls managed by Tokyo Hakusen Co., Ltd. This initiative aims to provide citizens with insights into the integrated cremation and funeral facilities, fostering meaningful conversations around funerals and inheritance issues.

These events will be held throughout 2024, with a total of 50 sessions planned over the course of the year. Attendees will not only tour the facilities but also have the opportunity to discuss their end-of-life wishes. By engaging in this way, they hope to demystify the funeral process and help individuals prepare adequately for their final farewell.

The upcoming sessions are scheduled for:
  • - April 21 (Monday), 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM at Horinouchi and Kirigaya funeral halls.
  • - April 27 (Sunday), 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM at Machiya and Ochiai funeral halls.

Doors will open for registration at 9:30 AM on each of these days. Given the limited slots for individual consultations, pre-booking is recommended to secure a consultation opportunity.

Understanding Tokyo Hakusen’s Perspective on Funerals

Tokyo Hakusen has over a century of experience in the funeral industry, ingraining a compassionate philosophy towards the families of the deceased. Collaborating closely with Koisaido LifeWell and Grand Ceremony Tokyo, they aspire to offer high-quality funeral services that respect traditional Japanese death customs while adapting to contemporary lifestyles and diverse values.

With the evolution of societal norms, the approach to funerals has transformed significantly. The conventional multi-day wakes and funeral ceremonies are now being joined by one-day funerals and family-centric services, where only close relatives partake in the farewells. Tokyo Hakusen strives to provide families with clear, understandable plans, ensuring that they can bid farewell to their loved ones without anxiety.

In honoring Japan’s rich funeral culture, the focus remains on delivering top-notch services and sensitive guidance during these pivotal moments in life.
