Huawei's New SME Intelligence Solutions

On September 19, 2025, during the HUAWEI eKit Autumn Launch event held in Shanghai, Huawei's Executive Director David Wang introduced the innovative HUAWEI eKit 4+10+N SME Intelligence Solutions. This new suite of solutions is designed to assist small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with their last-mile digital transformation, providing a wide array of intelligent technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

The event emphasized the theme, “Together for Growth, All Intelligent Technologies”, highlighting the importance of making intelligent technologies accessible to all businesses, especially SMEs. With China hosting over 58 million SMEs that contribute to more than 80% of urban employment and 60% of national GDP, this sector plays a critical role in the economy. However, SMEs often struggle with the adoption of AI technologies due to a lack of awareness and inadequate resources.

Wang mentioned, “Intelligent technologies should be as accessible as water and electricity. I hope everyone—individuals, households, and organizations—can benefit from AI.” Huawei aims to address the challenges SMEs face in adopting these technologies, ensuring no business is left behind in the intelligent world.

Many SMEs are currently relying on third-party intelligent solutions to bridge technology gaps, seeking user-friendly and easily deployable options that can boost their operational efficiency. Wang noted the traditional contractor models have been inefficient, often relying on complicated subcontracting schemes. In response, Huawei has revamped its distribution business to focus on offering comprehensive solutions tailored to real-world business scenarios, simplifying the implementation process for SMEs.

HUAWEI eKit: Understanding the Components

The 4 in the name 4+10+N refers to four essential scenarios that encompass the majority of business operations, namely:
1. Intelligent Office
2. Intelligent Business
3. Intelligent Education
4. Intelligent Healthcare

The 10 represents the ten versatile, scenario-based solutions introduced, including services for SMEs' offices, intelligent hotels, digital diagnostic platforms, and interactive classroom solutions. Finally, N signifies a series of high-quality products tailored for these diverse scenarios.

At the launch, Huawei introduced 26 new products within the N series, including the HUAWEI eKitEngine AR180, an enterprise-grade router featuring integrated routing, switching, Wi-Fi, and VPN capabilities. New products from the IdeaHub range, combining AI conferencing, acoustic partitions, and AI applications, were also showcased. Each product features a universal design, intelligent interaction, and a comprehensive security system.

Wang further emphasized, “We take on the complexities so our clients and partners can focus on growing their businesses. Our scenario-based comprehensive solutions will help SMEs adopt intelligence more easily and swiftly.” The launched products incorporate advanced AI technologies that have been pre-integrated and tested, allowing for flexible delivery and easier bundling to meet specific scenario needs.

Moreover, Huawei provides its distributors with enhanced sales support, granting quicker access to relevant resources, solution demonstrations, and configuration plans tailored to business scenarios. This support significantly reduces the complexity for installers and customers when selecting products and designing solutions.

For integration, Huawei offers unified installation processes, centralized network management, and consolidated customer support, ensuring a seamless transition to AI for SMEs and hassle-free delivery of solutions to clients.

In concluding his presentation, Wang remarked, “These solutions represent the last-mile support small and medium enterprises need in the intelligent world.
