Upcoming Press Conference: Joint Research Project
On August 26, 2026, AmanimoMakezu High School and the Digital Hollywood University Reality Science Institute will convene a press conference to unveil their collaborative research project. Headquartered in Hiroshima Prefecture, AmanimoMakezu High School, led by Principal Kohei Shintani, and the Tokyo-based Reality Science Institute, directed by Naotaka Fujii, aim to bridge the gap between education and society through joint research initiatives.
The Reality Science Institute, which was established on July 31, 2026, under the direct supervision of the Digital Hollywood University's President, serves as a pioneering hub for research, bringing together academics, creators, industry representatives, and governmental bodies. The focus is on creating a "knowledge circulation," where research leads to social implementation, and this implementation catalyzes new learning and further research.
The press conference will commence at 12:00 PM, with doors opening at 11:30 AM at the Digital Hollywood University conference room, located on the 4th floor of Academia, 4-6 Kanda Surugadai, Chiyoda, Tokyo. The event will feature significant announcements regarding the joint research project, a signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement, and a photo session. This marks a noteworthy step toward enhancing educational connections with societal needs.
The panel of speakers includes prominent figures such as Yoko Osaki, Principal of AmanimoMakezu High School; Kohei Shintani, Chairman of Kouwa Gakuen; Shinichiro Yamamoto, Special Lecturer at AmanimoMakezu; Keiken Nakamichi, President of Wick Corporation; Naotaka Fujii, President of Digital Hollywood University; and Yuto Tanaka, Special Professor at Digital Hollywood University.
