About Houraisen Brewery

Founded in 1864, Houraisen Brewery has a rich history rooted in Aichi Prefecture’s Okumikawa region. The brewery prides itself on its meticulous rice cultivation and brewing processes, ensuring premium quality sake. They begin their process by polishing rice in-house to maintain control over the quality of their ingredients.
