Kazukazu Shimada will advance from serving as the Representative Director, Group CEO, and Group COO to hold the title of Representative Director, Group CEO, and President Executive Officer. Additionally, he will continue his role as the Vice Chairman at Takara Leben Co., Ltd.

Daisuke Nakamura, who serves as the Group CFO and Group CSO, will maintain his positions but will not see any changes as he continues to spearhead the Sustainability Promotion Office.
