Step-by-Step Guide for Claiming Your Digital Gift

Step 1: QR Code Scanning

Start by scanning the QR code on the “Shareholder Benefit Notice” or visiting the provided URL.

Step 2: Access the Dedicated Site

Click on “Next” to proceed to the dedicated website.

Step 3: Enter Required Information

You will need to input three essential pieces of information:

• - Shareholder Number: Found on the enclosed “Dividend Calculation Statement.”
• - Postal Code: The one registered with your brokerage firm as of the beneficial ownership date (end of August).
• - Email Address: A personal email address where you can receive and view messages.

After entering the information, check the mandatory fields and tap “Next.”

Step 4: Enter the Authentication Code

An authentication code will be sent to the email address you provided. Input this code and tap “Authenticate to Receive.”

Step 5: Complete the Survey

Answer five survey questions and tap “Next.”

Step 6: Confirm Your Shareholder Benefit

Check the amount and click “Receive Now.”

Step 7: Choose Your Service

Select the service of your choice and tap to confirm. Note that the total is 5,000 yen and you can split this amount if desired.

Step 8: Review Service Details

Depending on the gifts exchanged, the method of receipt may differ. Follow the guidance provided in the notice. Please note that once you exchange the gift, you cannot cancel or change to another option.

Step 9: Confirmation of Receipt

Once you receive the gift, alterations or cancellations cannot be made. Review the details and tap “Agree and Receive.” Some services may require an app download or login.

Step 10: Completion of Code Receipt

Check the confirmation screen to see that your receipt is completed. If a code appears, copy it for future use.

• - Your shareholder number is on the accompanying “Dividend Calculation Statement.”
• - Make sure to use the postal code that was valid at the end of August.
• - Input all numbers in half-width format without hyphens or symbols.

• - The authentication code expires in 10 minutes. If you miss this timeframe, please restart from Step 1.
• - If you do not receive the authentication code, ensure it isn’t in your spam or blocked settings.

You will need to repeat Steps 1-4. To view your exchange history, tap “Exchange History” from the menu in Step 6.
