Situated just a five-minute walk from Nakano Station, this flagship outdoor anime screening event will be held in the lush grass area of Nakano Shiki no Mori Park from August 22 to 24, 2025. The walls of the Nakano Central Park East office building will serve as a colossal screen where beloved animation features will be showcased.

The event is brought to life by the Nakano Connecting with Anime Executive Committee, formed in May 2025, which is a collaboration among local economic organizations, tourism and transportation companies, universities, and anime-related businesses in Nakano. This unique initiative aims to introduce new values centered around community relaxation and the revitalization of the night economy using innovative projection mapping technology. By screening classic works from five renowned animation companies based in Nakano, the event promises to boost tourism and foster civic pride through anime culture.
