Zoomlion Expands European Service Network with Professional Training and Rapid On-Site Support

Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. has made significant strides in enhancing its customer service capabilities throughout Europe. This expansion includes a comprehensive service network reaching more than 30 cities across over 20 countries, combined with nearly 10 training centers aimed at improving service quality.

The company’s new service model is anchored in a highly efficient parts distribution network and digital service platforms. Key features include professional training sessions, parts supply, technical assistance, and the promise of on-site intervention within four hours for six major product categories. Among the highlights is the opening of Zoomlion's first international training center for concrete machinery in Poland, which is now fully operational and ready to serve local needs.

This state-of-the-art training facility, coordinated by Zoomlion's Polish subsidiary, focuses on addressing the operational and maintenance requirements of concrete equipment users across Europe. On its very first day, it successfully conducted a tailored two-day training program for seven technicians from a European client on concrete pump trucks.

The training center is designed to mirror Zoomlion’s holistic European service framework, which aims to meet local customer expectations regarding parts availability, delivery times, technical documentation, professional training, and complex troubleshooting support. In cases where on-site assistance is required, a Zoomlion maintenance technician can reach out to clients within four hours, with requests handled through various channels including the Zoomlion hotline, email, MyZoomlion portal, QR codes on equipment, and the company's official social media platforms. An initial response is guaranteed within one hour.

Across Europe, Zoomlion's after-sales service network covers maintenance for a variety of machinery, including earthmoving equipment, aerial work platforms, construction cranes, concrete machines, agricultural machinery, and industrial vehicles. Additionally, the company has established a regional parts distribution and training network to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

As part of its European service network development strategy, Germany serves as the central hub for Zoomlion, consolidating equipment distribution, parts supply, major repairs, and professional training. This hub is further supported by national parts storage centers located in Rotterdam, Paris, Birmingham, and Warsaw, as well as various city-level parts warehouses.

Moreover, Zoomlion has set up significant training centers in Germany, Hungary, and Poland, along with additional sites in France, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. Looking forward, Zoomlion plans to bolster its local team of engineers, increase parts inventory, improve remote diagnostics, and extend its four-hour service model to cover more urban centers across Europe.

The organization also aims to accelerate access to service resources and parts supply as part of its global localization strategy. Zoomlion is committed to continuously adapting its local service networks to meet the needs and operational conditions of diverse international markets while enhancing the efficiency of its interventions and customer support throughout the product lifecycle worldwide.
