Joseph Business School Africa to Host 2026 Business & Leadership Day Focused on Future Leaders

Joseph Business School Africa Announces 2026 JBSA Business & Leadership Day

Joseph Business School Africa (JBSA) has officially announced its plans to hold the 2026 JBSA Business & Leadership Day. Scheduled for May 13, 2026, the event will take place at the Durban Christian Centre in Durban, South Africa. This year's theme, "Raising the Next Generation of Leaders," aligns perfectly with the ongoing three-day International Kingdom Conference (IKC), which is organized by Dr. Bill Winston and Bill Winston Ministries Africa.

The Vision Behind JBSA

Dr. Bill Winston, a recognized global faith leader and entrepreneur, founded the Joseph Business School (JBS), which aims to equip entrepreneurs and business leaders with both practical and biblical principles for success in the market. The institution focuses on the pressing need to eliminate poverty and reduce wealth inequalities by instilling an entrepreneurial spirit among participants. Over its years of operation, JBS has successfully nurtured an impressive number of graduates, including more than 60 millionaires, with aspirations to empower 100,000 entrepreneurs to reach at least $1 million in revenue.

Dr. Winston articulated the motivation for this venture, recalling a pivotal moment decades ago. "The Lord inspired me to establish a faith-based business school through Isaiah 48:17, which states, 'I am the Lord thy God which teacheth thee to profit.' It’s significant that this revelation redefined the concept of profit in biblical terms for me," he shared.

He emphasized the vital role of entrepreneurship: "Entrepreneurs have a moral obligation to accept their marketplace call. By establishing successful companies, they can counteract economic challenges and elevate the community’s economic status."

Event Overview

The JBSA Business & Leadership Day is expected to attract around 2,700 attendees, comprising both emerging and established leaders from various sectors. Participants will engage in a variety of insightful sessions designed to equip them with actionable strategies, facilitate networking opportunities, and receive spiritual guidance aimed at scaling their businesses across Africa and beyond.

Pastor Clinton, the Managing Director and Dean of JBSA, expressed enthusiasm about the day’s objective. "This event is dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders who will drive the future of the business landscape in Africa. We’re committed to providing a platform where participants feel equipped to lead with purpose and make significant impacts in their respective fields."

Success Stories from JBSA

The success of JBSA can be illustrated through the remarkable achievements of its alumni. One notable graduate is Tshegofatso Samuel Molefi, the founder of Modi Mining (Pty) Ltd., which has rapidly gained traction in contract mining services. Under his guidance, the company amassed R671 million in revenue in 2025. Similarly, Carl Uys, another JBSA alumnus, successfully directed Bowline Security to R23 million before strategically selling it to venture into a new project called Cyberspace.

Dr. Deloris Thomas, who serves as the president and COO of JBS worldwide, spoke about the underlying motivation for the conference. "Our objective with this event is to ignite our innate potential—encouraging attendees to become the blessings they are meant to be. By implementing business solutions, we aspire to create wealth, fight poverty, enhance our communities, and contribute to meaningful global change."
