F-Stage Set to Launch New Branch in Shinjuku

The Shinjuku area, known for its vibrant real estate market, presents a unique opportunity for F-Stage to bolster its procurement capabilities within the Tokyo 23 Ward area. As part of the medium-term plan, the first year, which will conclude in November 2025, expects to achieve a revenue of approximately ¥41 billion and around 790 sales units, meeting its goals of ¥38.73 billion in revenue and 777 units sold.

With the establishment of the Shinjuku branch, F-Stage aims to expand its acquisition of popular properties and drive towards achieving its 2027 target of ¥53.81 billion in revenue and 1,024 sales units.

This marks the fifth branch opening for F-Stage, following the established locations in Yokohama, Chiba, Urawa, and Kichijoji, which have been pivotal in enhancing the company’s market share in the reselling and buying sector.
