JOY GROUP Reports Outstanding Financial Results for 2025

On March 26, 2026, JOY GROUP, a prominent name in the beauty and cosmetics industry, disclosed impressive financial results for the fiscal year 2025. The company achieved an annual retail sales figure of over $730 million, approximately 5.1 billion yuan, alongside total revenue exceeding $620 million, translating to about 4.3 billion yuan. This remarkable performance reflects a robust growth rate of 22% compared to the previous year, underscoring JOY GROUP's commitment to maintaining both profit levels and impressive year-on-year expansion.

In 2025, JOY GROUP significantly broadened its beauty product portfolio, encompassing multiple categories and price segments. The brand portfolio now features major names such as JUDYDOLL, JOOCYEE, and René Furterer, while also integrating growth brands like Biophyto-genesis and Foltène. These offerings span a wide range of products, including makeup, haircare, and skincare.

Among these, JUDYDOLL stood out as a key growth driver, achieving worldwide retail sales of over $430 million, marking an increase of more than 18% from the previous year. For the third consecutive year, JUDYDOLL claimed the top position in sales volume among makeup brands in China. The brand has made significant strides in enhancing its omnichannel presence, now operating 118 standalone stores and reaching over 30,000 retail points globally.

Similarly, JOOCYEE recorded a historic high in global retail sales, reflecting a revenue increase of over 15%. The brand's lip products sold more than 18 million units worldwide, further solidifying JOY GROUP's leadership in the makeup sector. In the haircare realm, René Furterer continued its strong momentum in China, with revenue growth exceeding 30%.

In recent developments, JOY GROUP completed the acquisition of Foltène, an Italian brand renowned for its clinically backed hair and scalp care since 1963. This acquisition not only enhances JOY GROUP's capabilities in hair science but also contributes to its broader strategy of expanding into innovative skincare solutions through the integration of Biophyto-genesis, a dermatology-focused brand that has benefitted from 14 years of clinical collaboration.

Furthermore, JOY GROUP has been active in advancing its globalization strategy, with export revenue surpassing $87 million in 2025, equivalent to approximately 600 million yuan. The company is keen on expanding its international presence through e-commerce platforms and local retail development, evidenced by the launch of three standalone stores in Singapore.

The group has placed a continuous emphasis on research and development, unveiling over 600 new SKUs and acquiring an additional 20 patents. With dual R&D footprints in Shanghai and Milan, JOY GROUP is poised for enhanced innovation and future growth.

Allan Liu, Chairman and CEO of JOY GROUP, stated, “2025 has been another year of robust growth for JOY. With a stronger multibrand portfolio and accelerated globalization, we believe that JOY is well-positioned for sustainable long-term growth.”
