One might wonder what ONEART is about. The foundation, under the motto "Art knows no disability," aims to amplify the voices of children with disabilities, allowing them to express their creativity freely. The artists collaborate with these children, taking their raw sketches and transforming them into incredible artworks for exhibitions. Part of the proceeds from any rentals or sales of these artworks is invested back into the families of participating children as scholarships.
Since its inception in 2016, ONEART has collaborated with over 30 artists and partnered with various welfare facilities and day services across Japan, making a significant impact on the lives of these children.
