Blaize Projects $2.7 Million Revenue for Q1 2026 Amid Supply Chain Challenges



Blaize Holdings, Inc., a frontrunner in programmable, energy-efficient AI computing, has recently announced its expected revenue figures for the first fiscal quarter of 2026, projecting a total of approximately $2.7 million. This figure, while modest, is impacted by ongoing supply chain delays, particularly concerning memory inventory, which has hindered the company's ability to fulfill customer demand. Blaize has, however, indicated that it remains confident in its guidance for the whole year 2026, maintaining a target revenue of $130 million.

Revenue Challenges and Strategic Plans


Given the constraints from the global memory shortage, Blaize has experienced difficulties in obtaining server components from its main supplier, which has delayed shipments and impacted revenue. CFO Harminder Sehmi provided insight into these challenges, explaining that despite solid underlying customer demand, the shortages created a significant bottleneck in their supply chain. Fortunately, the company is nearing resolution with secure inventory that would allow them to fulfill $10 million to $12 million in orders by late April and May.

New Contract with NeoTensr


In exciting news for the company, Blaize has been awarded a significant contract with NeoTensr, a system integrator and software company, which is expected to generate up to $50 million within the first year. The fulfillment from this contract is anticipated to commence in the second quarter of 2026, and it underscores the solid partnership between the two firms. In fact, this isn’t the first collaboration; Blaize had previously recognized over $20 million from a NeoTensr order during the fourth quarter of 2025.

Dinakar Munagala, the Co-Founder and CEO of Blaize, highlighted the scope of the agreement, which focuses on developing hybrid systems for both edge and enterprise data centers. As NeoTensr builds its multi-phased data center infrastructure across the Asia Pacific, it further validates the capabilities of Blaize’s Hybrid AI architecture. This extensive deployment could lead to higher-margin revenue from each phase of the project.
