AI Crew Launches Media for Non-Engineers to Implement AI Agents

AI Crew: Pioneering AI Education for Non-Engineers

AI Crew, operated by AI Orchestra Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Toshima, Tokyo), is carving out a niche in the AI education sector, specifically targeting business owners, freelancers, and professionals without a programming background. In just one month since its establishment, this platform has successfully published an impressive total of 29 articles focused on the implementation of AI agents like Claude Code and Codex.

For many aspiring AI enthusiasts, there seems to be a lack of practical, firsthand information tailored to those who do not possess a technical background in engineering. While the interest in generative AI is growing, many individuals report frustrations about courses that focus primarily on theoretical knowledge or are overly technical in nature. The challenge for non-engineers remains: how can one effectively integrate AI tools into their work processes? To address this gap, AI Crew has launched a dedicated media outlet within its official website: AI Crew Official Blog.

Background for the Launch

The rise of generative AI brings with it high expectations and responsibilities for non-engineers. The majority of articles and resources available largely cater to those with a programming background or offer a general overview of tools, missing the practical application specifically for business practitioners. Thus, the niche for providing primary information for non-engineers is vast and mostly uncharted.

AI Crew currently boasts over 180 students, the majority of whom are business owners, freelancers, and professionals with no programming experience. They have accumulated a wealth of practical knowledge through their journey of operating AI agents in their daily tasks—knowledge that cannot typically be found in traditional textbooks. To ensure this knowledge is shared widely, the organization has created its own media outlet.

Overview of the Media

  • - Name: AI Crew Official Blog
  • - URL: AI Crew Official Blog
  • - Establishment: June 2026
  • - Number of Articles: 29 (as of July 2, 2026)
  • - Frequency of Updates: 6-7 articles per week
  • - Categories: The content is divided into five categories: "For Beginners," "Student Achievements," "Tool Comparisons and Pricing," "Practice and Automation," and "AI Trends."

Three Distinct Features of the Media

1. Primary Information by Non-Engineers:
The blog is primarily authored by Toshi Mitsu Miyachi, a non-engineer who began his career after passing the certified public accountant examination. He focuses not on technical explanations from an engineer's perspective, but on how professionals can utilize AI agents in their own lines of work. The category "Student Achievements" showcases real-life examples of students automating tasks and creating business applications without prior programming experience.

2. Learning by Doing (Parachute Learning Method):
AI Crew emphasizes a learning method that encourages students to create something functional for their work first before delving into foundational knowledge. This "Parachute Learning Method" allows students to address specific challenges as they arise, making practical learning more accessible. Each media article follows this structure, guiding readers from basic concepts to actionable practices incrementally.

3. Demonstration of AI Agent Utilization:
The media outlet serves as both an educational platform and a real-world demonstration of AI agent application. The creation and management of the website involves using Claude Code and Codex for site development, article writing, image generation, and analytics. The operational workflow is also shared as content, showcasing what non-engineers can achieve in this space.

Future Developments

Moving forward, the AI Crew intends to enhance content focused on student case studies. Moreover, plans are in place to publish a report based on surveys of student data, solidifying AI Crew's role as a key information source in the non-engineer and AI agent realms, frequently cited in search engines as well as AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude.

Comments from the Representative

Miyachi states, "Starting without any coding background, I was initially overwhelmed by the world of AI. Yet, today I entrust almost all of my daily tasks to Claude Code and Codex. What’s needed to incorporate AI agents is not programming skills, but the ability to articulate one's own business processes. This media will only showcase the practical knowledge gained by me and my students through actual work. I hope it serves as a catalyst for the 'learning by creating' approach to grow."
