The Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) has received an esteemed honor—the National Council of State Housing Agencies' (NCSHA) Award for Program Excellence. This accolade is specifically for its 2024 Annual Report, which was highlighted during NCSHA's annual conference held in New Orleans on October 6, 2025.
