Notably, this partnership with SSBI represents SIVA's first capital partnership with a software firm in the healthcare domain.

Founded in 1977, SSBI has established itself as a leader in the development and sales of reimbursement computers specifically designed for orthopedic and chiropractic clinics, achieving the top market share in Japan. In addition to its core offerings, SSBI has expanded its services to include the development of host computer systems for Judo rehabilitation associations and the provision of ultrasound diagnostic equipment. Their deep-rooted knowledge of healthcare operations and high customer retention rates have solidified their reputation in the market.

While SSBI boasts a significant market share and a stable customer base, there is ample room for improvement in advanced management practices, digital marketing strategies, and the development of new AI-driven services.
