M&A Capital Partners, based in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, has announced an exciting opportunity for aspiring finance professionals. On April 12, 2025, the company will host its first-ever joint recruitment seminar for the MACP Group, aimed at building a team committed to creating a world-class investment banking firm.

Key Presenters

Satoshi Nakamura (CEO, M&A Capital Partners)

Born in 1973 in Fukuoka Prefecture, Nakamura graduated from university in 1995. He began his career at a major housing manufacturer and gained extensive experience in asset management and inheritance planning. In 2005, he founded M&A Capital Partners to address succession issues among medium and small enterprises, growing the firm to a prime market listing in 2014. Nakamura has been instrumental in forming strategic partnerships, including integrating with Rekof in 2016.

Tomoya Kodera (CEO, Rekof)

Kodera graduated from Doshisha University and initially worked at Nomura Securities in retail sales. Driven by a desire to engage in high-impact, wholesale-like deals, he joined Rekof in 2012, focusing on the healthcare sector. Over the years, Kodera has ascended to leadership roles and now plays a critical part in ensuring the company’s continued success and growth in M&A advisory services.

Hiroki Kobayashi (CEO, Mirai FP)

Kobayashi, a graduate of Yamagata University, began his career in a financial institution, where he focused on corporate sales and consulting. In 2016, he transitioned to M&A Capital Partners and has since contributed significantly to closing deals, particularly in succession-focused M&A, with over 20 successful agreements under his belt. He recently became the CEO, steering the company towards future initiatives.

Roundtable Discussion

Following the seminar, an engaging roundtable discussion will take place, featuring executives and key employees from the MACP Group, as well as directors from Rekof and Mirai FP.
