Univar Solutions Announces Leadership Restructuring

Effective July 1, 2026, David Jukes, the current President and Chief Executive Officer, will transition to the role of Executive Chair. This change is part of a comprehensive plan to enhance leadership effectiveness and operational efficiencies throughout the organization.

In his new role, Jukes will work closely with the management team and the Board of Directors to oversee the company’s strategic direction, ensure continuity in execution, and support long-term goals. The restructuring aligns Univar Solutions with its customer-focused approach, segmenting the organization into three distinct areas:

1. Chemical Distribution and Services - Led by CEO Robert (Bob) Craycraft, this segment is geared towards offering a comprehensive range of chemicals through a robust global logistics network, ensuring top-notch local service.

2. Ingredients and Specialties - Under the leadership of CEO Nicholas (Nick) Powell, this unit focuses on servicing niche industries with a premier selection of specialized chemicals and ingredients. This segment is bolstered by a global network of formulation laboratories and testing kitchens, enabling the swift resolution of technical challenges and faster market entry for innovative products.

3. ChemPoint - Continuing its mission to help suppliers and customers identify new growth opportunities, ChemPoint will leverage on-demand creation and multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across a diverse range of chemical products and ingredients.

Each segment will be led by its CEO, reporting directly to the Board of Directors, thereby reinforcing accountability and strategic clarity.
