From September 25 to October 18, 2026, the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) will be hosting an exciting event called VIJIT Thailand 2026 in three unique locations: Lamphun, Trang, and Roi Et. 1. Lamphun (25 September to 4 October): The festival starts in Lamphun, where visitors will explore the “Eternal Kingdom of Hariphunchai” theme. Key highlights include the light art installations at sites steeped in history and Buddhist heritage, such as Tha Sing Bridge and the Queen Chamadevi Monument. Special Light & Sound presentations will also be held at various locations to mesmerize the audience.

2. Trang (2 to 11 October): Next, the focus shifts to Trang under the theme “Trang Lights Alive.” This lakeside event will feature installations that reflect the natural environment and multicultural aspects of Trang, including art inspired by local wildlife and tropical flora.
